“高职生就业难”面面观

On the reasons why higher vocational graduates have difficulties in employment

高职生就业市场疲软,用人单位积极性不高,症结究竟出在何处?通过认真剖析发现,社会、学校、学生个体都不同程度地存在一些原因:社会深受人才高消费的影响并对高职教育认识不足;学校就业指导缺乏力度和高职办学特色不明显;学生就业悲观情绪和盲目攀高心理并存.只有从这三方面共同努力,才能为高职生就业营造良好的环境.

Through the seriouse investigation and analysis, this paper finds out that the reason why the employer have the negative attitude towards the higher vocational graduates. The public, colleges and universities and the students themselves should have the responsibilities to varying degrees.
