互联网络的出现再一次造成了新旧媒介的叠加与相互干涉。作为科学信息主要载体的高校学报,参照互联网络的发展背景,以此制定网络化战略,以实现其本身内涵的科学的无国界性、广泛传递性、宽广涵盖面、信息时效性等特点,及构筑和完善网络的生态环境。

With the appearance of Internet, the survival logic of the college journals has been changed. As one of the major carriers of the scientific and educational information, the college journal should make new plans to improve the journal quality.
