保持政治稳定是现代化建设过程中一个重要的问题。邓小平对此作了许多论述。他认为 ,政治稳定是中国实现现代化的重要前提和根本保证。政治稳定包括 :政治制度稳定 ,领导集体及核心稳定 ,中央要有权威及党和国家的路线、方针、政策稳定。

To maintain political stability is a matter of vital importance in the course of modernization of China, a point on which Deng Xiaoping talked about so much. In his opinion, political stability is one of the most prerequisites and ultimate guarantee of Chine's modernization drive. Political stability includes: the stability of the political system, the stability of the leading body and core, the authority of the central committee and the stability of the policies and guidelines of the party and the state. This paper also talks about the ways to maintain political stability.
