A Research into Legal Countermeasure of Nature Preservation Zone of Three River Sources

三江源自然保护区是我国最大的自然保护区。文章全面分析了保护区生态环境的现状及加强保护时所面临的法制困境、传统法律制度方面的缺陷等,并在此基础上提出了构筑自然保护区法律保障体系的基本理念、制度设计和立法构想。

Nature preservation zone of the Three River Sources is the biggest nature preservation zons in China. This article comprehensively analyses current situation of protection zone' s ecological environment, negative influences pro-duced, legal system's difficult position brought for the sake of preservation and traditional legal system's defects. Based on this, the author put forward fundamental thought of constructing the system of legal assurance, system designing and legislation's concept concerning nature preservation zones.
