摘要
综述了肥胖的原因、危害、治疗及运动对肥胖的影响 .肥胖是一种能量调节紊乱引起的疾病 ,肥胖与Ⅱ型糖尿病 ,心血管疾病有明确的关系 .运动能改变人体成分 ,对胰岛素与苗条素的作用产生影响 ,调节物质能量代谢 .长期有氧运动能有效地燃烧脂肪 ,是运动减肥的主要方式 .
This essay provides an insight into the etiology, healthy problems, treatment strategies of obesity and the effects of exercises on obesity. Obesity should be considered as a real disease that is a disorder of energy metabolism. It is particularly associated with diabetes mellitusⅡand coronary heart disease. Exercise can change body composition, affect the action of insulin and leptin, and regulate the metabolism of substance and energy in body. The main strategy of weight loss is aerobic exercise in which fat can burn sufficiently. Some problems to be solved in future have been discussed.
