应用玻璃酸钠对关节镜术后膝骨关节炎功能恢复的影响

The study of curative effect of intra articular injection of sodium hyalu ronate in patients with osteoarthritis of knee after arthroscopy

目的研究关节内注射玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎关节镜术后疗效的影响。方法77例膝骨关节炎患者根据是否进行关节内注射玻璃酸钠分为注射组和非注射组,在行膝关节镜术前及术后均进行膝关节屈伸肌等速指标测试和膝关节疼痛程度评分,两组间进行比较。结果术后注射组和非注射组膝关节屈伸肌等速测试指标和膝关节疼痛程度评分存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论关节内注射玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎关节镜术后的康复具有良好的促进作用。

Objective To research the curative effect of in traarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with osteoarthritis of knee after arthroscopy.Methods 77patients with osteoarthritis of k nee were divided into injection grou p and non-injection group,the index of knee muscle strength(PT /BW,TAE,F /E,ROM)were measured with CYBEX-6000isoki netic testing system,and the pain grade were measured with Visual Analogue Scale s ,all of the indexes were compared between two groups.Results The index of knee muscle strength and the pain grade were significant diff erence between the injection group a nd non-injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraarticular in-jection of sodium hyaluronate is fav orable for rehabilitation of patien ts with osteoarthritis of knee after arthrocopy .
