我国“入世”后将面对承担国际义务的挑战,对TRIPS等WTO协议的研究,TRIPS中知识产权执法与争端解决规则的研究,以及对我国相关立法和司法实践与新修正的《专利法》的比较分析,具有重要的现实意义。

After its entry to the WTO, China is subject to international obligations under WTO rules, such as TRIPS etc. The study of TRIPS on the law enforcement concerning intellectual property protection and on the dispute settlement, and the comparison between TRIPS and the newly amended Patent Law of China shall be of importance to the country.
