高师女生心理健康水平及相关因素研究

STUDIES IN RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED FACTORS FOR FEMALE UNDERGRADUATES OF NORMAL UNIVERSITY

以随机抽取的广西师范大学不同专业的女生468人为调查组、男生395人为对照组,对高师女生心理健康水平及相关因素进行研究,研究发现:（一）高师女生相对男生来说存在更多的抑郁、焦虑、恐怖的心理问题;（二）高师女生在遇到烦恼和挫折时较多采用的是“求助”、“退避”和“幻想”的应对方式;（三）高师女生所获得的社会支持越多,心理问题越少;（四）高师女生中获得社会支持较多的个体更倾向于采用“解决问题”和“求助”的应对方式,她们的心理健康水平较低社会支持组者高。

To investigate the mental health status of female undergraduates in normal university and the effecting factors. Methods: A total of 468 female undergraduates of Guangxi normal university were sampled. 395 male undergraduates for the counterpart. Results: 1. Depression、 anxiety and phobic anxiety sub-scores were higher in female undergraduates than in male undergraduates, 2. Seeking、escaping and illusion scores of Coping Style Questionnaire were higher in female undergraduates than in male undergraduates; 3. The female undergraduates with good support level are in good conditions of mental health; 4. The female undergraduates with good support level often used the solving problem, seeking coping style.
