摘要
太平天国上帝教不是卡尔特,也绝非邪教。太平天国上帝教也不是纯粹的西方基督教,而是基督教的一个异端派别,即持上帝一位论的基督教团体,是中国特殊时代特殊情况下的特殊产物。
The Religion of Worshiping God in the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom is not a sort of cult, and by no means an evil cult. It is not an authentic Christianity but can be regarded as an unorthodox sect of the Christianity. Or rather, it is an extraordinary Unitarian Christian organization that has been turned out in that special period of time in the Chinese history. The paper concludes that the religion is a special product under the special circumstances in modern Chinese history.
