美国的经济在持续了 10年的增长后开始下滑 ,“9·11”事件使美国经济由软着陆变为硬着陆 ,加剧了经济的衰退 ,殃及全球。受低迷的世界经济形势以及加入WTO影响 ,中国国际收支将从顺差走向逆差 ,有赖外资流入弥补。中国必须加速调整策略 ,加强经济安全 。

After ten years growth, American economy has begun to slow down and become hard landing instead of soft landing because of the September 11 Incident, which quickens the decline of economy. It is a disaster to the whole world. Influenced by the depressed state of world economy and Chinas accession of WTO, the international revenue and expenditure of China has led to the unfavourable balance of trade, which depends on foreign capitals. China must speed up strategies, reinforce the economic security and motivate internal needs from all aspects in order to develop the national economy.
