特制人工假体在治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤重建膝关节功能中的应用

Special prostheses for defects after malignantbone tumor resection of low limps

目的探讨特制人工假体在治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤重建膝关节功能的疗效。方法将大段肿瘤骨,包括周围正常软组织3～5cm广泛切除,采用人工特制假体置换进行功能重建。结果61例病人,随访1～6年,死亡20例,局部复发12例(19.7%),两年无瘤生存49例,5年生存率67.2%。结论特制人工假体治疗四肢恶性骨肿瘤,可不截肢,并保留肢体功能,而且能够有效防止肿瘤复发。

Objective To evaluate the results of custom -ma de Prosthese in Patients with malign ant bone tumor of extremities.Methods the tumor segment was resected exten sively with soft tissue sleeve of 3～5cm,Custom -made Prosthetic reconstruction was then carried out.Result61consecutive cases were follow -up for 1～6years,with 5years survival r ate of 67.2%,Local recurrences were seen in 12patients(19.7%),20patients died,49patients survived without tumors.Conclusion malignant bone tumor inextremeties could be treated effectively with custom-made prostheses.The function of the extremity can be preserved by avoiding amputation.Local recurrence is reduced and the 5years survival rate improve d.
