高性能烧结NdFeB磁体对辊“条片浇铸”新工艺

摘要 对辊“条片浇铸”新工艺 ,将 Nd Fe B铸锭中出现树枝状 α- Fe的最低稀土总含量降低到 2 8.5wt% ,且富 Nd相分布更均匀 ,Br显著提高 ,工艺简化 ,适合批量生产4 8M档以上高性能烧结 Nd Fe Through this new technology,the lowest total content of rare\|earth in the sintered NdFeB cast alloy decreases to 28.5 wt%. There is no α \|Fe tree branches to appear. Further more, the distribution of Nd\|rich phase becomes more even, the process being simplified and Br being advanced remarkably. Due to this, the new technology is extrmely suitable to produce sintered NdFeB magnets with high properties above 48 M on a large scale.
