尺神经前臂段肌支自身比例定位及临床意义

Location of the muscular branches of ulnar nerve in the anterior arm and its clinical application

目的 :为给前臂部创伤修复及肌瓣移植提供形态学依据。方法 :采用解剖剥离测量方法 ,对 2 5具 (共 5 0侧 )成人上肢前臂部标本的尺神经肌支进行自身比例定位研究。结果 :①尺神经发出的各肌支主要以 1支型和 2支型出现率最多 ;②尺神经发出的各肌支主要集中于上肢的 5上段 ;③尺神经发出的各肌支进入各肌门的区位 ,以中区和外区为主。结论 :确定了尺神经肌支的主要肌支类型、危险区段和危险区位 ;确认尺神经肌支有倾向于以神经干为轴心近距离分布的规律。

Aim: To provides morphological data for the injury repair and transplantation of the muscular flap in the anterior arm. Methods: An auto-proportion localization study of the muscualr branches of ulnar nerve was studied in 25 adults by dissection. Results: ①The uin-and bi-trunk types were of maximal incidence in the muscular branches of ulnar nerve.② the muscular branches of ulnar nerve mainly located in the fifth segments. ③The regions which the muscular branches of ulnar nerve go into were mainly distributed to the middle and lateral regions. Conclusion: It is suggested to the types and the dangerous segments and the dangerous region of the muscular branches of ulnar nerve. And the regions which the muscular branches of ulnar nerve go into were distributed closely to the nerve trunk.
