多酚酸对铝贮留的急性和慢性影响

摘要 用Wistar雄大鼠进行急性和慢性试验以研究多酚酸对动物贮留铝的影响 在包性和慢性试验中 ,各组大鼠都分别服用悬浮于羧甲基纤维素的水、AlCl3 、AlCl3 +柠檬酸三钠、AlCl3 +氯原酸、AlCl3 +咖啡酸、AlCl3 +没食子酸、AlCl3 +原儿茶酸 急性试验灌服 2mmolAl后 2h采血 ,6h宰杀大鼠并采血、服骨、肝、肾 慢性试验中大鼠服用含铝 16mmol/kg饲料 ,4周后宰杀大鼠并采血、胫骨、肝、肾和大脑 急性试验结果表明 ,灌服Al及各多酚酸能显著提高大鼠中骨铝含量 ,提高肝、肾、血 (2h)中铝含量 ,特别是柠檬酸三钠、没食子酸组能显著提高大鼠肾中铝含量 ,原儿茶酸也能显著提高血中铝含量 慢性试验中 ,Al及各多酚酸能显著提高大鼠中尿铝含量 除没食子酸组外 ,各种多酚酸都能提高脑中铝含量 ,特别是柠檬酸三钠和氯原酸能显著提高脑中铝含量 多酚酸也略能提高血、胫骨、肾中铝含量 The acute and chronic effects of Na citrate and different polyphenol compounds in Wistar rats on Al absorption and retention were investigated by monitoring Al levels in blood and tibia,liver,kidney and brain.In each study,the rats were divided into 7 groups- control , AlCl 3, AlCl 3+ citrate or gallic acid or chlorogenic acid or caffeic acid or protocatechuic.In the acute study,after fasting during 14 h,animals of control group were dosed orally with 2 mL of deionized water,animals of 2nd group with 2 mmol AlCl 3, the others with 2 mmol AlCl 3+ 2 mmol Na Citrate of 2 mmol phenolic acids.In the chronic study,the rats received 16 mmol AlCl 3 except control and 16 mmol/kg of the studied compound of diet except control and 2nd group during 4 weeks. As expected citrate highly increased blood Al concentrations in the acute and different tissues Al retention in the acute and the chronic.Tibia Al (p<0.05),liver Al,kidney Al and blood Al were increased in the animals gotten Al and/or different phenolic acid especially garlic acid (p<0.05) in the acute.In chronic,polyphenol compounds significantly increased urine Al but slightly some tissues Al levels.It was noted that chlorogenic acid could increase significantly brain Al level.
