摘要
利用旋转式铁谱仪和铁谱显微镜 ,采用正交试验法 ,对所采集的船舶柴油机主机油样进行了铁谱分析试验 通过对试验数据的灰关联分析 ,将影响铁谱片上磨粒单层沉积状态的因素进行了关联排序 ,得出了在所考察的油样体积、加样速度、冲洗速度、影响油样黏度的四氯乙烯的体积 4个因素中 ,四氯乙烯的体积对磨粒单层沉积状态的影响最为显著的结论 此结论与该文进行的正交试验分析结果完全一致 。
A lot of ferrographic experiments had been made by means of rotary ferrograph and ferroscope.The oil sample of the experiments had been collected from slip diesel engines.The data of the experiments had been analyzed based on grey relative analysis and relative order.The result of grey relative analysis shows that the effect of the dilution ratio of the oil sample is the most key factor,in which the volume and the dilution ratio of the oil sample,the effect of the rotation speed of the magnetic disc on the deposition state of wear particles are investigated. This conclusion accords with the orthogonal experiment based on the same oil sample.
