摘要 对自主开发的新型超低碳高钼奥氏体不锈钢的耐蚀性能、组织与结构、熔炼工艺以及在化纤粘胶纤维生产中的应用进行了实验研究 结果表明 ,该钢种在典型的粘胶化纤工业生产的主要腐蚀介质中具有优异的耐腐蚀性能 ,远远高于常用的低碳不锈钢 ,电渣熔铸处理可明显降低合金元素夹渣物含量 ,降低晶界和晶内偏析 The corrosion resistance,structure,melting technique as well as its application in fabrication of viscose fiber were experimentally investigated.It was found that this stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance in typical media for viscose,which is much better than that of general stainless steel with super low carbon.The successive electric slag casting can significantly decrease the total accounts of inclusions and degrees of segregation of alloying elements in boundary and inner of crystal grains.Solid dissolving has no obvious effect on the corrosion resistance especially that made by electric slag re-melting.
