目的 :观察高位颈段脊髓型颈椎病的临床表现特点 ,评价外科干预最终疗效。方法 :本文报告 5 9例高位脊髓型颈椎病 ,并均行手术治疗。结果 :术后平均随访 1年 7个月 ,疗效根据日本矫形学会 (JOA)评分分级法[1 ] ,优 3 8例 ,良 8例 ,改进 4例 ,无效 3例 ,加重 1例。结论 :高位脊髓型颈椎病神经系统障碍表现严重 ,但神经系统定位体征不十分明确。因此 。

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics and surgery results of the high level cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:59 cases of high level cervical spondylotic myelopathy operatively treated were reported.Results:The average postperative follow-up period is one year and seven months.Results were evaluated according to the JOA score.Thirty-eight cases were exellent,8 cases were gook,4 cases were satified,3 cases were poor and one case was worse.Conclusion:High level cervical spondylotic myelopathy characterized as serious disability of nerve system.Correct diagnosis and early decompression are the main ways to improve the treatment results.
