髋臼骨折术后并发症分析

The Analysis of postoperative complications of acetabular fracture

目的 :分析髋臼骨折术后并发症发生的原因 ,探讨减少、减轻并发症的措施。方法 :回顾性研究本院 1994年以来所进行手术治疗的 5 7例病例 ,随访 5 1例。结果 ;优良率占 75 % ,有并发症者 2 5例 ,占 49%。其中坐骨神经损伤 3例 ,股神经损伤 3例 ,下肢继发性血栓性静脉炎 2例 ,股骨头缺血性坏死 5例 ,股骨颈骨折 1例 ,股骨头下部假关节 1例 ,髋关节创伤性关节炎 10例。结论 :尽早确诊 ,选择恰当的手术入路 ,解剖复位 ,良好的内固定 ,微创技术及术后正确康复锻炼和指导是减少。

Objective:To analysis the causes of the postoperative complications of Acetabular fractures and investigate the methods to decrease the complications.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 57 acetabular fractures who were operated since 1994,51 cases were followed up.The followed up patients were evaluated by taking X-ray films and function examine.Results:Good and excellent rate was 75%,25 cases have complications (49%).Of them,Three cases have ischiadic nervre injury.Three cases have femeris nerve injury,two cases have blocked veinitis of the lower limb,five cases have the ischemic necrosis of the femora head.The femur neck fracture has one case,ten cases have traumatic arthritis of the hip joint.Conclusion:It was the key to decereas and reduce the conplications for early diagnosis,suitable operative route,anatomical reduction,excellent fixation microinjury technique and correctly recoverable exercise and guide.
