Osteomyelitis of Pelvis in Adults

目的 :探讨成人骨盆骨骨髓炎的临床特点、X线特点及手术治疗。方法 :回顾总结 10年间手术治疗的 9例成人骨盆骨骨髓炎病例的临床资料。结果 :除 1例术后残留流脓窦道外其余均切口一期愈合并治愈 ,残留窦道病例再次手术后治愈。结论 :本组成人骨盆骨骨髓炎病例均为原发性慢性骨髓炎。X线主要表现为骨破坏 ,而少有骨坏死或新生骨 ,主张行局部骨髓炎病灶清除术。

Objective:To study the clinical,X-ray fetures and operative treatment of Osteomyelitis of bones of pelvis in adults.Methods:The clinical data of 9 cases of osteomyelitis of bones of pelvis in adults treated with surgery in 10 years were reviewed.Results:8 cases were recovered after operation.1 case was left with sinus tract of pus after operation and was recovered by another operation half year later.Conclusion:These cases of Osteomyelitis all were primary chronic osteomyelitis.Osteoclasia was the main X-ray features and there were less osteonecrosis or osteanagenesis.Focus clearance of osteomyelitis is the major method of operation.
