民办高教发展的新模式

A New Model for the Development of Civilian-run Colleges and Universities

中国的民办大学正面临着市场经济的严峻考验，要么袖手旁观、自生自灭；要么峰回路转、柳暗花明。怎样才能使我国的民办高教步入发展的快车道呢？现根据我的研究，提出民办大学发展的一种新模式——“三合模式”。这三合是指联合、综合和复合，意思是：在办学体制上，要搞联合，在给学校性质定位上，要走综合化的道路；在培养目标上，要培养复合型的人才。

The civilian-run colleges and universities are now facing serious tests of the market economy. Either they self-grow and self-perish, or they develop through difficulites. what is the way of making them step to the track of fast development? Through investigation,we raise a kind of new model - three-in-one model, i. e. in the school -running system field, take combining model ; for the location of school nature, take the way of synthesization and for the teaching purpose, take the way of cultivating multi-type man of ability.
