摘要
高校后勤社会化就是借助社会力量、社会资源,高速度地建设新型的高校后勤服务体系。要通过后勤管理体制的改革,运行机制的改革,实现高校后勤社会化。改革中要转变思想观念,处理好改革与稳定的关系,提高后勤人员的整体素质,加强政策扶持,以保证改革健康持续进行.
Rear-service socialization of colleges and universities in fact is the construction of the new type rear-service system by the aid of social strength and finanace resources in high speed way. To realize this, it is necessary to carry out the reform of rear-servce man-agement system and operation mechanism. In the course of reform, it is necessary to change ideological concept, well handle the relation between reform and stablity, raise the whole quality of the rear-service workers, strengthen the help by policy, so as to guarantee the reform progress in healthy and duarable way.
