民办高等教育的质量及其保障

The Quality of Civilian-run Higher Education and the Assurance to it

大力发展民办高等教育是我国高等教育大众化的必然选择 ,要扩大民办高等教育的规模 ,必须提高其质量。影响民办高等教育质量的因素是资金投入不足 ,师资力量薄弱 ,办学条件较差 ,教育观念落后。要保障民办高等教育的质量 ,必须转变质量观念 ,增加经费投入 ,强化评估机制 。

In the coures of vigorous development of higher education of China, it is necessary to develop private higher education. With the expansion of private higher education, the quality of private higher education should be improved.This paper analyzes the quality of private higher education now and the factors influencing the quality, puts forward several suggestions to assure the quality of private higher education.
