河南民办高校规模较小 ,不能满足社会的需求 ,且在专业设置、管理与质量等方面尚存在不少问题。发展河南民办高等教育要从扩大其数量与规模 ,树立恰当的民办高等教育质量观 ,加强监管督察等方面着手 ,结合我省实际 ,建立民办高校的合理布局 。

At procont, the civilian run colleges and universities in Henan province are smallin scale that can ont meet the needs of the society. Besides, tho re still exist quite a lot of problems with regard to specilities established; management, quality, etc. that are under heing solved. for the purpose of development of the civilian run higher education of Henan, it is necessary to start from expanding its scale, ensuring its quality, exercising a close supervision over it. Meanwhile, by combining the above with the real conditions of this province, set up rational distributions of civilian run colleges and universities, pay much attention to the development of civilian run higher education and take it as an important work.
