试论高校教师创新精神与能力的培养

高等学校的教师担负着培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要任务。教学改革的主体是教师 ,要培养高素质的具有创新能力的人才 ,就必须提高高校教师的创新意识与能力使之具备全新的教育理念 ,高尚的人格和本专业完善的知识与能力结构。为此 ,高校要建立教师培训体系 ,走教研一体化道路 ,并让学生参与评估教师的教学质量 ,建立有效的激励机制 。

The teachers of universities and colleges are shouldering the important duties for cultivation of socialist builders and successors. The main body of teaching reform is teachers. In order to cultivate men of high quality and innovation ability, it is necessary to enhance the innovation consciousness and ability of university teachers as to make them have toatl new education idea, noble moral character, complete knowledge and ability in their own specilities. For this, colleges and universities must set up tae training system for teachers, lead the way to teaching and researching in one body and let students participate estimating the teaching quality of the teachers, so as to set the effective stimulating mechanism and make wide academic conditions.
