颅内转移瘤的综合治疗

Combine treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors

目的 :提高颅内转移瘤病人的生存率 ,延长生存时间。方法 :1992年～ 1999年 8年间共收治颅内转移瘤患者31例 ,选择手术 ,放疗及化疗或手术加放疗、化疗等综合治疗。结果 :本组 16例行手术切除较大和影响功能的瘤结节 ,病情平稳后对原发灶及转移灶行放、化疗 ,患者存活可延长至 1～ 2年。 5例患者放化疗兼治 ,生存时间提高 3～ 6个月 ,其他患者基本自然转归。结论 :采用手术、放疗、化疗的综合治疗 ,延长了患者的生存时间 ,是治疗颅内转移瘤的最佳选择。

Objective:To enhance the survial rate of the patients with the intracranial metastatic tumors, and extend the living time.Methods:31 cases of intracranial metastatic tumors in our department have been treated in last 8 years (1992-1999), All the patients underwent operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy or combine treatment-operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results:16 cases have been operated the tumors, which are bigger and to interfere with funtion, give the radiotherapy and chemotherapy to the primary and metastatic tumors after the conditions are steady, the patients may be obtained prolongation of life 1-2 years. 5 cases have been given the combine radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the survival time increased 3-6 months, the others, just change by themselves.Conclusion:It is the best selection that treat the intracranial metastatic tumors to adopt the combine treatment-operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy and prolong the living time.
