为应对“入世”的挑战 ,民办高校应进一步实现教育思想和办学思想的再解放 ;积极而稳妥地引进外资和借助外力发展自身 ;调整专业结构和发展方向 ;
In order to meet the challege of WTO, civilian run colleges and universities should further relealize the re liberation of their education thought and thought of running schools; develop themselves by actively and safely introducing foreign funds and drawing support from foreign forces; regulate specility structure and developing direction; study and master the playing rules of WTO.
