2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,科学技术日新月异 ,以信息技术、生物技术为代表的高新技术及其产业迅速发展。能否在高新技术及其产业化领域占据一席之地 ,已成为国际经济竞争的焦点。
Since the 1980s, science and technology have developed with every passing day. Hi tech and its industries represented by information technolgy and bio technology are rapidly developing. It has been the international competitive focus that if we can occupy one place in hi tech industies has great significance to enhancing our country's international competitive power.
