天津市滨海地区综合防灾减灾的策略研究

Research on Strategy for Disaster Prevention and Reduction in an Integrated way in Coastal Region of Tianjin

分析了天津市滨海地区历史自然灾害的成因和特点 ,预测了该地区未来一段时间和最近1～ 2年可能发生的主要自然灾害 ,提出了本区综合防灾减灾的策略和目标 。

The characteristics and causes of historical natural disasters in the coastal region of Tianjin are analyzed. In this paper, the main natural hazard that possibly occur in this area in the future, especially in the coming 1~2 years are predicted. The objective and strategy of disaster prevention and reduction in an integrated way are proposed. On these bases, the scheme of disaster prevention and reduction in this area are worked out.
