摘要
利用 195 3~ 1999年陕西关中地区年平均气温、年降水量和同期中国年平均气温距平资料 ,分析对比关中地区近 5 0年气温变化与同期中国气温变化、气温与降水之间的关系 ,对关中地区日趋严重的水资源退化问题进行了探讨 ,揭示了全球变化背景下关中地区气候变化的区域性特点及其气候干暖化趋势。关中地区未来气候将更趋干暖化 ,生态环境将更加脆弱。建议在西部大开发当中 。
Based on the data of the annual mean temperature and annual precipitation in Guanzhong region from 1953 to 1999 and the annual mean temperature in China in the same period, the temperature changes in Guanzhong and that in China, and the correlation between temperature and precipitation in this region in recent 50 years are analyzed and compared. The water resource devolution in Guanzhong is also discussed. Results show the regional climatic characteristics and drying and warming tendency in Guanzhong in the background of global change. The climatic drying and warming in this region will be serious in the future, so the ecological environment will be more vulnerable and harmful to the development of economical society. It is suggested that steps should be taken to strengthen the construction of ecological environment in the development of the Northwest.
