摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠胃粘膜与急性胃粘膜损伤之间的关系。方法 :采用原子吸收光谱分析法 ,测定胃粘膜Ca2 +含量。结果 :胃粘膜损伤程度随应激时间延长而加重 ,胃粘膜Ca2 + 含量却下降 ,二者呈明显负相关 ,但是 ,CaCl2 预应激或应用钙通道阻断剂 ,可减轻胃粘膜损伤程度。结论 :Ca2 + 在急性胃粘膜损伤中有一定的作用。
Objective: To study the relationship between acute lesins of gastric mucosal and changes in the contents of Ca 2+ in Rats.Methods: Atom absorption spectrum analysis was used to examine the dynamic changes in the contents of Ca 2+ in the gastic mucosa.Results: Gastric mucosal damage density in stress rats was gradually increased with the lengthenging of stress time, whereas gastric mucosal contents of Calcium was gradually decreased. Both the contents of Calcium and gastric mucosal lesion showed a significant negative correlation.But administration of CaCl 2 prior to stress or using blocker of Ca 2+ channeles could reduce gastric mucosal lesion.Conclusion: Ca 2+ may play a role in the acute gastric mucosal lesion.
