摘要
针对传统接触式尺寸测量方法的缺点，探讨利用数字图像处理技术进行几何尺寸测量的方法，为产品的尺寸测量提供实时、快速、有效、经济的测量途径．给出了利用数字图像处理技术进行非接触式尺寸测量的方法，它包括图像的预处理，二值化，图像分割，轮廓线条的提取、拟合、光滑，系统的标定，尺寸的计算等．并从理论和实践上证明该方法的可行性和正确性．
Because of the drawbacks of the traditional tangent measurement method, a new non-tangent method with the use of digital image processing technology which provides a real time, fast, validity way is presented. It is contains several approaches: image pre-processing, image binaryzation, image segmentation, figure line taking, fitting and smoothing, system calibrating, size calculating etc. A completed system is im-plemented based on this algorithm and shows its feasibility and validity in actual usage.
