摘要
突破了传统热量表的复杂结构 ,研制出了一种新型热量表 ,在现有热水表的基础上 ,对其旋翼进行了材料、结构的再设计和改造 ,使流量计实现了热量计量功能 .选用 5J11型双金属片改造旋翼式热水表 ,试制成功了热量表的样表 ,并以热水为热媒对其计量精度进行了初步测试 .测试结果表明 ,在 4 0~ 80℃的区间内 ,热量表的计量精度在± 5 %以内 .可变旋翼式热量表与其他热计量装置相比 ,结构大为简化 ,并具有突出的价格优势 ,适合国内推广应用 .
A breakthrough from the construction of traditional heat meter is made. A heat meter with transformable rotary-wings is developed by making some modification pm a hot-water meter. The rotary-wings of the heat meter are made from metal sheet with two layers typed 5J11, and the precision of the heat meter is tested in hot-water. When the temperature of hot-water is between 40 degree and 80 degree, the error is less than ±5%. Compared with other heat meters, this heat meter with trans formable rotary-wings is much simpler and cheaper.
