摘要
循环流化床锅炉是一个分布参数、非线性、时变、大滞后、多变量紧密耦合的被控对象 ,常规控制方法难以取得理想的控制效果。分析了循环流化床锅炉结构与工艺特点 ,结合循环流化床锅炉动态数学模型 ,提出采用模糊控制和广义预测控制相结合的新控制思路。控制系统中各控制回路均采用模糊控制方案。还针对床温和主汽压的强耦合 ,设计了基于广义预测控制的指导系统 ,实现了床温和主汽压的解耦协调控制。该控制系统有效地解决了循环流化床锅炉控制中的难点问题 ,取得了满意的控制效果 。
The commonly used control method can not effectively control the circulating fluidized bed boiler which needs a coordinated control system with distribution parameters, non-linearity, time- dependence, and long time lags. The dynamic properties of the circulating fluidized bed boiler were analyzed to develop a new control system based on fuzzy control theory and generalized forecast control theory. A fuzzy controller is used in the control loop. The boiler bed temperature is coordinated with the main steam pressure using the forecast guidance system which can decouple coordination. This new control system which can effectively control circulating fluidized bed boiler has been applied in practice.
