外源视黄酸诱导斑马鱼头部和尾部躯干神经嵴的发育 被引量:3

摘要 视黄酸是一种在脊椎动物胚胎发育中起重要作用的信号分子.用斑马鱼胚胎为材料,以神经嵴细胞特异表达基因sox9b和crestin为标记,研究了外源视黄酸对神经嵴细胞发育的影响.用10^(-7)mmol/L浓度的全反式视黄酸处理50%外包期的斑马鱼胚胎,可以诱导sox9b在前脑表达、诱导crestin在前脑和中脑表达,结果使由头部神经嵴细胞分化的色素细胞大量增多.另一方面,视黄酸处理还诱导sox9b和crestin在神经外胚层后部边缘区表达,该区域的细胞过早分化为神经嵴细胞可能影响尾芽形成中背部和腹部细胞的融会,从而抑制了尾部的正常发育.
