Studied the production technaology ,cementing conditions,heat properties and firing of sol gel containing ZrO 2 SiO 2.By the analysis of X ray ,it is feasible to separate out ZrO 2 from sol gel containing ZrO 2 SiO 2, and not to separate out SiO 2 and ZrSiO 2.By the analysis of SEM ,sintering technology influences crystal microstructure and crystal appearance.This is very important for sol gel containing ZrO 2 SiO 2 to toughen glass ceramic of quartz.
