摘要
研究矿渣的粉磨细度、激发剂的掺量、改性剂的种类与掺量对高强度矿渣胶凝材料的干燥收缩性能及其强度的影响。研究表明 ,掺加 9~ 10 %的Na2 SiO2 激发剂和 10 %左右的硅酸盐水泥 ,控制适当的粉磨细度 ,可以使高强度矿渣胶凝材料的干燥收缩率降低到与硅酸盐水泥相近的程度 ,并且强度提高 ,达到了综合改性的目的。其水化产物都是含有少量Na2 O。
Through experiment and research showed that adding 9% Na 2SiO 2 active agent and 10% Portland cement make the rate of dry shrinkage of high strength slag cement material reduce as the rate of dry shrinkage of Portland cement, and make the compressive strength riser.The small area chemical composition quantitative analysis of high performance slag cement based material have been studied using XPS.The results show the main hydration products are calcium alumino silicate gels,which the ration of CaO/SiO 2 is close to 1,the hydration products include a little Na 2O.MgO composition.
