溶胶-凝胶法制备Sr_(1-x)Ba_xTiO_3超细微粉的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了不同组成的Sr1-xBaxTiO3(x =0 .0 ,0 .3 ,0 .4 ,0 .5 ,0 .6)粉体 ,分析了形成钛酸锶钡凝胶的影响因素 ,利用XRD、DTA、SEM手段测定了干凝胶反应阶段、物相组成以及颗粒形貌、尺寸。实验结果表明 ,制得的粉体晶相单一 ,颗粒粒径小于 5 0nm 。 The Sr 1-x Ba xTiO 3(SBT) materials of various compositions (x=0.0,0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) were prepared by sol gel processing,and the factors affecting the formation of gels have been analyzed.The reaction mechanism and the thermolysis process was analyzed by DTA,XRD and SEM.The experiment results showed that the powder of SBT was very fineness whose size was lower than that of 50?nm and was distributed homogeneously.
