摘要
人工高效多晶体半导体的出现以及获得高优值系数半导体技术的进步 ,促进了热电制冷的广泛应用 ,其中包括在船舶上的应用。介绍了热电式制冷元件的热电特性。
The appearance of artificial efficient crystal semiconductor and the progress of technology of the high quality coefficient semiconductor make the thermoelectric refrigeration used broadlly, including marine application.In this paper we introduced the thermoelectric characteristic and refrigeration principle of thermoelectric refrigeration element and the application of thermoelectric refrigerator in the air_conditioning system on ship and its outlook.
