科学技术从她诞生之日起就确立了为人类造福的目标 ,科学技术的制造者———科学家 ,其集团即科学共同体在全球化背景下才真正从小科学时代走出来 ,成为全球化科技社会的一个特殊阶层。当科学技术与生产、社会、政治等方面的关系日益密切时 ,科技活动的责任问题也被提到议事日程。那么 ,科学家是如何看待科技道德的责任 ,科学家应负什么样的科技道德责任 ,以及应确立怎样的科技道德责任感 ,这是一个需要探讨的问题。

The science and technology has made it an aim to bring benefit to the mankind since she came into existence. The scientific community which is made up of scientists, creators of science and technology, has outgrown the era in which science was ever limited to certain scope and become a special class in society under globalization. As the science and technology is getting increasingly connected with production, society, politics and so on, the problem of responsibility in technologic activities has been high on the agenda. Then, what's the scientists' attitude towards the moral responsibility concerning the science and technology? What kind of responsibility should they assume? And what sense of responsibility should they have? This is a problem which needs much consideration and discussion.
