摘要
分别以硅酸钠和硫酸锌为晶型控制添加剂 ,通过石灰乳碳化工艺制备超细CaCO3 粉体。研究了添加剂用量对CaCO3 颗粒尺寸的影响 ,并用TEM ,XRD和TG -DTA对CaCO3 粉体进行了表征。结果表明 ,添加 0 .7% - 1.5 %硅酸钠和 0 .5 % - 1.2 %硫酸锌可分别制得颗粒尺寸为 4 0 - 5 0nm和 4 0 - 6 0nm的球形和立方形超细CaCO3
Ultrafine CaCO 3 powders were prepared by the carbonation of lime milk using sodium silicate and Zinc sulfate as crystallizing additives respectively. The effect of the amount of additives on the particle size of CaCO 3 was studies and TEM, XRD, TG-DTA were employed to Characterize the CaCO 3 powders. The results show that the globular CaCO 3 with the size of 40-50nm,40-60nm can be obtained by adding 0.7%-1.5% of sodium silicate and 0.5%-1.2% of zinc sulfate respectively.
