摘要
提出了一种系统化的Elman回归网络的设计方法 ,这种方法利用系统的状态变量构造状态连接图 ,自然地将状态连接图作为模板 ,形成Elman回归网络 .在设计过程中 ,减少了经验性的设计规则 ,给出了较系统化的设计规则 .用这种方法设计了交流调速系统的速度控制器 ,给出了仿真结果 .结果表明用这种方法设计的控制器具有较强的稳态性能和负载鲁棒性 ,其过渡过程的时间响应有待进一步提高 .
A systemic design for Elman recurrent networks is presented in the paper. An Elman recurrent network is constructed based on the state link graph by the state variables of the system. The state link graph is regarded as a template. The experimental design rules are reduced, while the systemic design rules to build the Elman recurrent networks are given. The speed controller of AC variable speed system is designed in this way with the simulation results presented as following. Satisfied steady state performance and load robustness are shown in the simulation results and the transitional time response should be improved in further study.
