摘要
用试验手段测取了CA6 110 /12 5Z型柴油机活塞特征点的温度值 .在此基础上 ,用三维有限元法计算其温度场 ,并对该活塞的工作状况作了分析 .计算结果显示 ,活塞特别是第一道环槽温度过高是导致柴油机长时间运转后出现活塞环胶结和活塞产生裂纹的原因 .计算还表明 ,三维有限元法能为内燃机零部件的设计改进提供很好的理论依据 .
The temperature values of special points in CA6110/125Z diesel engine piston are experimentally acquired. Based on these results, 3 D FEM is used to make temperature field of this piston available. The piston′s working condition is also analyzed. The calculation results show that the cementation of piston ring and the crack on piston after longtime working are mainly caused by the over high temperature of the piston, especially on the place of the first piston ring groove. It can also be concluded that 3 D FEM is a powerful tool in the process of the design and improvement for the parts of ICE.
