互穿网络聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯涂料的制备 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酸树脂为甲组分 ,以甲苯二异氢酸酯、蓖麻油等为原料合成的聚氨酯预聚体为乙组分 ,制备了聚氨酯 /丙烯酸酯涂料 .在制备过程中加入丙烯腈、苯乙烯 ,使得在互穿网络中存在丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯、聚丙烯腈、聚苯乙烯 ,增加了涂膜的耐蚀性 ,制备了具有高度的机械耐磨性、涂膜丰满光亮、耐化学品性能好的优质涂料 ,还用傅立叶变换红外光谱观察了基团的反应情况 ,并讨论了催化剂、稳定剂等因素对涂料性能的影响 .研究结果表明 :催化剂质量分数为 0 .0 2 %、稳定剂质量分数为 0 .5 0 %时所得涂膜的效果最佳 . The interpenetrating polymer coating is made by synthetic method. It consists of two main components. One constitute is acrylic resin made by acrylic monomers with hydroxyl, the other is prepolymer polyurethane made by toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and castor oil. Acrylonitrile and styrene are added to the coating, so the polymer coating is made up of polyurethane, acrylic resin, polyacrylonitrile and polystyrene. The performance of the coating such as corrosion resistance, attrition resistance, anti chemical and so on increase greatly. The reacted groups are searched with FIIR figure, showing that the main reacting group is -NCO and -OH. The effected facts such as catalyst and stabled agent are discussed. The amount of the catalyst is 0.02?% and the amount of the stabled agent is 0.5?%, which are the best selection.
