摘要
在文[1]的基础上,给出了经验数学期望的定义,证明了经验数学期望是数学期望的一致估计,并讨论了经验数学期望与经验特征函数的关系.
Based on the paper,this paper gived a new definition for an empirical mathematical expectation:proved an estimate empirical mathematical expectation and discussed the relation be-tween empirical mathematical expection and empirical eigenfunction.
