黄芪、川芎嗪治疗原发性肾病综合征临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome with Astragali and Ligustrazine

对原发性肾病综合征在肾上腺皮质激素治疗过程中辅以黄芪、川芎嗪治疗,结果表明治疗组总有效率83.4％,对照组总有效率56.7％,提示黄芪、川芎嗪联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征,在提高血浆白蛋白、降低尿蛋白、降血脂、改善血液高凝状态等方面明显优于单用激素治疗组,可迅速缓解临床症状,减少激素用量,提高激素的疗效.

Prednison combined with Astragali and Ligustrazine treated primary nephrotic syn-drome. The total effective rates in treatment group,in control group were Separately 83.4% and 56.7%.The results indicated that Astragali and Ligustrazine could elevate serum albumin,reduce urinary albumin,reduce serum fat, improve the status of serum easy solidification,and rapidly mit-igate the clinical syndrome, decrease the doses of prednison, increase the effect of prednison.
