摘要
运用薄层扫描法测定蒙药忠伦-5胶囊中苦参碱含量,结果精密度实验RSD=1.31％,重复实验RSD=1.94％,薄层色谱3h内稳定,苦参碱平均回收率为99.56％,RSD=2.12％.此方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于蒙药忠伦-5胶囊的质量控制.
Matrine content in Mongolia drugs Zhonglun - 5 capsules were determined with thin layer scanner. The results showed accurate test is RSD = 1.31%. Repentel test RSD=1.94% , thin layer chromatograph is stable in 3 h. Matrine recorery rate is 99. 56% RSD=2.12% . This method is very simple,accurate and can repeat.
