摘要
生物芯片技术通过微加工工艺在厘米见方的芯片上集成有成千上万个与生命相关的信息分子,它可以对生命科学与医学中的各种生物化学反应过程进行集成,从而实现对基因、配体、抗原等生物活性物质进行高效快捷的测试和分析.它的出现将给生命科学、医学、新药开发、生物武器战争、司法鉴定、食品与环境监督等众多领域带来巨大的革新甚至革命.笔者对基因芯片技术的形成背景、原理、特点及其应用等进行了简单综述.
Biochip technique integrated tens of thousands life correlation information molecule at centiliter chip through micro - processing technique, it can integrate various kinds of biochemical reaction of life science and medical science, thereby get tall effective fast test and analysis for gene, ligand、antigen etc biological activity substance. Its occurrence will get great innovation even revo-lution at life science、 medical science、new drug development 、 bio - weapon war、judicial evalua-tion、foods、and enviroment supervise etc numerous domain. This articles simply to sum up the for-mation background ,principle,character and its application of gene chip technique.
