摘要
结合东江—深圳供水改造工程浅埋式预应力混凝土压力管道结构的设计,提出了管道新型断面形式和管体上部外槽口环锚与管体下部对锚两种预应力钢绞线束锚固支承方式,分析研究了地基刚度、覆土厚度和管底混凝土中心厚度等因素对管道受力性能的影响规律,从管道受力性能、材料用量和施工等方面对两种预应力钢绞线束锚固支承方式进行了技术经济对比,确定本工程浅埋式预应力混凝土压力管道的预应力钢绞线束锚固支承方式为管体下部对锚.
Combined with the structural design of prestressed concrete penstock shallow buried under earth fo r the Water Supply Project from Dongjiang to Shenzhen,the new section form of p enstock and two kinds of anchorage supports that the encircled anchorage on the top and the face-to-face anchorage under the bottom of the penstock are propo sed.The effects of the stiffness of basement ,the thickness of over soil and t he center concrete thickness of penstock bottom on the loading behaviors of pens tock are analyzed.Based on general evaluation in technological progress and eco nomical efficiency enclosed structural behaviors,material usage and constructio n condition,the design plan with face-to-face anchorage under the bottom of t he penstock is affirmed.It is confirmed that the research in this paper will be of great value to the similar structures.
