太原市河川流量减少的原因分析及水资源可持续开发利用的措施

Cause of Stream Runoff Decrease and Measures for Sustainable Development of Water Resources in Taiyuan city

本文对太原市河川径流量减少的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了水资源可持性开发利用的对策和措施。

The analysis concered shows that the causes of stream runoff which has been decreasing stage-by-stage for last several ten years are mainly due to the following two factors,decresing of precipitation amount and human activities.Some measures for sustainable development of the limited water resourees are presented.
