摘要
翼城小河口水库是以防洪、灌溉为主的中型水库,大坝为均质土坝,1997年经上级主管部门批准,沿坝轴线平面单排布孔进行劈裂式灌浆580m,孔深18～22m,孔距5m,钻孔117个,完成总钻孔长度2466m,灌浆数量3500m3,从而彻底排除了水库险情。文中就翼城小河口水库在土坝灌浆中的灌浆孔布置、钻孔方法、泥浆液体要求、灌浆方法、灌浆压力控制、灌浆结束封孔等问题进行总结性探讨。
In this paper , the experiences in fracturing grouting of earth dam body of Xiaohekou Reservoir, Yicheng , Shanxi, are summarized .All of the indexes related to the grout are obtained from an insitu grouting test. The grouting construction was completed in 1997,adequate results were obtained in strengthening the dam mass .The earth dam is 41meters high ,it was completed in 1971.The reservoir has a total capacity of 3292 m3.
